Jo-Ann Nilssen

My name is Jo Ann and I am 33 years old. I am based in Hertfordshire and usually work in and around the Hertfordshire area and sometimes in London.

I am trained in Hypnosis, Regression Therapy and Parenting Support & Facilitation. I have a strong background in working with parents and families and supporting them through their life changes. I also work with private clients using hypnosis and regression therapy. I am qualified to practice processes that enable individuals to access memories, and consequently emotions, that usually remain below the level of 'normal' consciousness. I have also been trained to help individuals to break habits and manage emotional and personal issues of almost any kind.

I plan to use psychological coaching as a stand-alone therapy but feel sure that it will also add another dimension to the work that I already do. I am hoping to set up a project working with teenagers and young people, as it seems that in some areas the services on offer do not meet their needs.

I am experienced in dealing with people of all ages and from all walks of life, some of who are in very difficult situations. I respect the individuality of every client and provide a sincere and confidential service. I thoroughly enjoy the work that I do and feel privileged that people allow me to step into their world and walk alongside them for a while.
