I studied Homeopathy for 4 years at the Northern College of Homeopathic Medicine in Gateshead. Over the past 10 years I have also studied Counselling, NLP, Meridian Therapies, Clinical Hypnosis and Life Coaching. Prior to training in these Therapies, I ran a business in the position of Finance Director.

I specialise in facilitating change, tailoring each session and solution to meet the unique and individual needs of each client.

I am passionate about finding ways to initiate and assist the process of change as quickly and painlessly as possible, eliminating the physical, emotional and behavioural obstacles that stop us living the best life we can.

I like to learn from the best and I trained in NLP with Paul McKenna, Meridian Therapies and Clinical Hypnosis with Alistair Horscroft and Life Coaching with Michael Neill.
