How do I book a Happy Hour Consultation?
Have a look at our Practitioner profiles, view their video clips and see who is in your area and you feel most comfortable to talk to. Give them a call and they will talk you through how it all works.
Various costs depending on individual 'Practitioner' - typically £20 to £100 per hour. Benjamin is £200 per hour plus vat.
What will happen at a consultation?
Clients start with a 2-hour assessment and leave with insight, diagnosis and an action plan. Follow up sessions are for one hour and assess the action taken so far.

Do you do consultations for children?
Yes, teenagers over the age of 16.
How often will I need to return for further Happy Hours?
It depends very much on the individual however after your first consultation you might want to do a monthly follow up to assess progress and refine your action plan - typical course is 1 to 6 months
When will I have to pay for the Happy Hour?
At the time of booking or very shortly thereafter.
What is the cancellation policy?
48 hours notice is required to cancel a session.

They are all trained and certified personally by Benjamin Fry.
