How do I book a Happy Hour Consultation?
Have a look at our Practitioner profiles, view their video clip if available and see who is in your area and you feel most comfortable to talk to. Contact them through this website and they will explain to you how it all works.
Various costs depending on individual 'Practitioner' - typically £20 to £100 per hour. Benjamin is £400 plus vat for an initial two-hour consultation and £200 plus vat per hour thereafter.
What will happen at a consultation?
Clients start with a 2-hour assessment and leave with insight, diagnosis and an action plan. Follow up sessions are for one hour and assess the action taken so far.

Do you do consultations for children?
It varies but generally only for teenagers over the age of 16.
How often will I need to return for further Happy Hours?
It depends very much on the individual however after your first consultation you might want to do a monthly follow up to assess progress and refine your action plan - typical course is 1 to 6 months
When will I have to pay for the Happy Hour?
At the time of booking or very shortly thereafter.
What is the cancellation policy?
48 hours notice is required to cancel a session.

They are all trained and certified personally by Benjamin Fry.
