Your Happy Hour

Is everything in your life perfect, or are there ways in which you could be happier given a little help?

Your Happy Hour is intended to give you the information and motivation to make that difference. It is a collaboration between you and your certified Happy Hour Practitioner. It will help you to see more clearly how you can reach your goals by understanding what might be holding you back.

These techniques are based on Benjamin Fry's work as seen on the BBC's series Spendaholics. He has personally taught and certified every practitioner on the Happy Hour network.

You will start with an initial two-hour session with your Practitioner and leave with a clear and simple action plan. This can be followed up with optional monthly one-hour sessions to monitor progress and develop your plan.
